Wellness In Motion is a multi-discipline studio in Sydney CBD, NSW. The timetable includes reformer pilates, mat pilates, yoga and barre. The studio offers group classes, private sessions and online classes.
It is open 6 days a week, with weekend classes and late evening sessions. Beginners can start with a structured beginner course.
You do not need any experience to start. Beginners are welcome and the studio has a structured pathway to get you comfortable before your first full class.
