LoadingWellness In Motion sits in Sydney CBD, NSW, running a studio running pilates, yoga and barre. The timetable runs to reformer pilates, mat pilates, yoga and barre.
You can book group classes, private sessions and online classes. Beginners can start with a structured beginner course. It is open 6 days a week, with weekend classes and late evening sessions.
You do not need any experience to start. Beginners are welcome and the studio has a structured pathway to get you comfortable before your first full class.
