Sage Movement Method Pilates is a pilates, yoga, and barre studio in Gosford, New South Wales, in regional New South Wales. I opened Gosford Pilates in 2017 and love being home. I love watching my clients become stronger with more balance as they get into their 60’s and 70’s and beyond. I love watching them create more efficient muscle firing patterns, improve their every day lives and their sports. I am not interested in burning calories or sculpting the “perfect” body.
