Reform Pilates is a pilates, yoga, and barre studio in Ipswich, Queensland, in greater Queensland. Formerly known as mums & bubs, GROW is a class the studio have created just for parents (& grandparents too!) You’ll leave feeling refreshed after moving your body, in a space where judgement does not exist. Your instructor will guide you through the movement whilst your little one joins in with you, or sits beside you (depending on the day).
