Pure Pilates Education is a pilates, yoga, and barre studio in Noosa Heads, Queensland, in regional Queensland. Sarah is an amazing and inspirational mentor and guide. Her instructional approach is very hands-on, personable and detailed. Throughout the course, she was always available for any clarifications or concerns. Her precision in teaching movement patterns, modifying for the individual is detailed and thorough. Developing and applying this in my own practice and in teaching others, under Sarah’s watchful eye.
