Karakrista Physiotherapy, Yoga and Massage is a pilates, yoga, and barre studio in Noosa Heads, Queensland, in regional Queensland. If I distil the essence of my personal philosophy, way of life and work, it's that I'm passionate about maintaing a high level of physical vitality and the joy that is inherent in the freedom to move, particularly as the studio approach the studio wise years.
