Guringai Yoga Shala is a pilates, yoga, and barre studio in Mona Vale, New South Wales, in greater Wales. SHALA means school in Sanskrit. The studio primary intention is to educate you all about the Yogic path. Krishnamacharya, the teacher of the studio teachers, used the term shala to describe the place where he taught Yoga to his students.
