Defuse is a pilates, yoga, and barre studio in Penrith, New South Wales, in regional New South Wales. Absolutely love this place !! The environment, instructors, and people are all so welcoming. I’ve tried different gyms and classes before, but never felt like it was my thing, until I went to Defuse. If you are on the fence, just go !! I promise you won’t be disappointed.
